Boca Raton, Florida

The same family has been painting South Florida houses since 1990.

Thirty-five years is long enough to have painted the same street more than once, and long enough that the reputation is not something we get to write. It is what the neighbours already say.

A licensed and insured painting contractor, family owned and operated.

Creative Images Painting, Inc. has served Palm Beach and Broward counties since 1990. The company has built its reputation on attention to detail, high-end custom finishes and the quality of workmanship it puts into new construction, remodels and repaints.

In practice that means two kinds of work that look similar from outside and are not. On a new build we are one trade among many, working to a builder's sequence, and the skill is fitting in without holding anyone up. On a repaint we are in somebody's finished home while they are still living in it, and the skill is leaving it better than we found it in every respect, not just the painted ones.

Upper management is on the job site daily. It is an unremarkable sentence until you have had a job where it was not true. It is the reason our customers name individual people in their reviews, and the reason problems get caught the day they happen rather than at a walkthrough three weeks later.

We work in English and Spanish, we are licensed and insured under Florida license U-17482, and we use Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams and Centura Paints, chosen by what the substrate and the exposure actually need.

What we will tell you honestly.

That work usually starts two weeks after a proposal is accepted, and if your timing is tighter we will say whether we can meet it rather than find out later. That an exterior which looks like a paint problem is usually a water problem. That a kitchen is millwork, not walls. Ask us about your house and you will get the real answer, even when it is a smaller job than you were expecting to pay for.
